Hook up the Razorpay webhook (recommended)
In the Razorpay Dashboard → Settings → Webhooks → Active, add
…/v1/webhook with events payment.captured and
order.paid, and a secret. Then set that secret as the Worker secret
WEBHOOK_SECRET. This settles licences even if the rider force-closes the app
right after paying.
